Data in each issue

The weekly figures and tables in each issue are derived from Dubai Land Department open data and are provided to you under the Data Dubai Open Data Licence. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that licence gives you in that data, and if you pass the data on, the licence's conditions go with it.
From the first published issue, the market-level weekly tables are also made available openly under the same licence.
Office-level sections use registered office names only where the data owner permits it; otherwise they show size bands and market-level figures.
The Open Data Licence and UAE data-protection law do not allow using the data to identify, profile or contact individual brokers, so please don't use it for unsolicited marketing.
Keep the source attribution when you quote figures. The data is supplied "as is" and may be incomplete or out of date; check with the Dubai Land Department before relying on it.

Our commentary, charts, report design and email delivery are our own work. They are for the people on your subscription; please don't resell or republish them.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in AED through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt.
