Who we are

Dubai Broker Signals is a product operated by SPONE FZCO ("we"), DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: privacy@gcctenderalerts.com.

Broker data: what we use and where it comes from

We use the Dubai Land Department's public register of licensed real-estate brokers, published as open data. We process only professional registration fields: broker registration number (BRN), the name as registered, office, and licence start and expiry dates. We do not collect or publish personal phone numbers, personal emails, photos, nationality, gender or any similar attributes.

Why

To produce aggregate market statistics about Dubai's brokerage sector. We do not use this data to send marketing to brokers, and our acceptable-use terms forbid subscribers from doing so.

Retention and accuracy

We refresh from the source at least monthly and remove records that no longer appear there. Historic snapshots are kept only in aggregate form.

Your rights: objection, correction, removal (takedown)

If you are a registered broker or office and want us to stop processing your record, correct it, or remove it from any output, email privacy@gcctenderalerts.com with your BRN or office name. We act on requests within 30 days and exclude your record from future reports. You may also contact DLD about the source register.

Subscribers

For paying subscribers we hold a billing contact and an email address to deliver reports. Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor; we do not see or store full card details. We do not sell subscriber data. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies; it counts page views, referring sites and button clicks in aggregate, without cookies or identifiers and without storing IP addresses.

Transfers and security

Data is processed on reputable cloud infrastructure, which may be outside the UAE, with access restricted to what is needed to run the service.
