What is published
One row per weekly issue, at market level only: no broker names, no office names and no contact details. Each issue's row is published 4 weeks after the issue.

new_registrations_7d | Brokers licensed in the 7 days to the issue date |

top5_share, top10_share, top20_share | Share of active brokers (%) held by the 5, 10 and 20 largest offices |
offices_1 … offices_51+ | Number of offices in each size band (active brokers per office) |
Licence and attribution
These tables include open data from Dubai Land Department via Data Dubai and are made available under the same licence. If you reuse them, credit "Dubai Land Department via Data Dubai" and link to the source dataset. The data is supplied "as is", may be incomplete or out of date, and is not endorsed by DLD or Data Dubai.
