Dubai Broker Signals is a product operated by SPONE FZCO ("we"). Contact: privacy@gcctenderalerts.com.
We use only the Dubai Land Department's open broker register as published on Dubai Pulse, obtained through the official CSV/API. We do not scrape websites. From that dataset we process only professional registration fields: broker registration number (BRN), the name as registered, office, and licence start/expiry dates. We do not collect or publish personal phone numbers, personal emails, photos, nationality, gender or any similar attributes.
To produce aggregate market reports about Dubai's brokerage sector (for example, broker counts and new registrations per office, and licence renewals in aggregate). Reports are aggregate-first. We do not use this data to send marketing to brokers, and our acceptable-use terms forbid subscribers from doing so.
We refresh from the official source at least monthly and remove records that no longer appear there. Historic snapshots are kept only in aggregate form.
If you are a registered broker or office and want us to stop processing your record, correct it, or remove it from any output, email privacy@gcctenderalerts.com with your BRN or office name. We act on requests within 30 days and exclude your record from future reports. You may also contact DLD about the source register.
For paying subscribers we hold a billing contact and an email address to deliver reports. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not sell subscriber data.
Data is processed on reputable cloud infrastructure, which may be outside the UAE, with access restricted to what is needed to run the service.
